This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Future Guides LLC, a limited liability company established under the laws of the State of Nebraska (hereinafter: "Future Guides LLC"). This agreement is for the purposes of using the content of "Your Future is Calling" and other intellectual property of Future Guides LLC.

The content of "Your Future is Calling," together with all materials included in or distributed through it, is licensed, not sold, to you by Future Guides LLC. Future Guides LLC reserves all rights not expressly granted to you within this Agreement.

Future Guides LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use portions or all of "Your Future is Calling," only in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein. You agree not to rent, lend, transfer, assign, lease, or sublicense "Your Future is Calling" to any other person or entity, except as expressly provided herein.

This License grants you the right to use "Your Future is Calling" on either (a) one computer used by multiple people, or (b) several computers, within reasonable limits, used by one and the same person. This License does not allow multiple users to use "Your Future is Calling" on multiple computers.

You may not transfer your "Your Future is Calling" license rights to another person or legal entity.

Copyright and other intellectual, and/or proprietary rights to "Your Future is Calling" and to any whole or partial copies that you make are owned by Future Guides LLC or its licensors. You agree not to remove any label indicating that "Your Future is Calling" is the subject of copyright and other intellectual proprietary rights of Future Guides LLC and Human Capital LLC. You agree not to disassemble, adapt, modify, translate or otherwise attempt to deconstruct, reveal or modify the functionality of "Your Future is Calling." You may not redistribute "Your Future is Calling" or any part thereof. You agree not to purchase "Your Future is Calling" licenses for the purpose of reselling and/or distributing them, unless prior agreement from Future Guides LLC is granted in writing.

Future Guides LLC does not warrant that "Your Future is Calling" displays on the computer you intend "Your Future is Calling" to be used on and you shall be solely responsible for assuring your computer and software are compatible with "Your Future is Calling." Future Guides LLC is providing you "Your Future is Calling" on an "as-is" basis without warranty of any kind. Future Guides LLC does not and cannot warrant the performance or results you may obtain using "Your Future is Calling," or that "Your Future is Calling" functions error free.

Future Guides LLC may collect your personal contact and related information and make available said contact information to related university and/or education enterprises for the purposes of contacting you to apprise you of their education and career services.

By downloading, installing, copying or otherwise using all or any portion of "Your Future is Calling," you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use "Your Future is Calling."

This Agreement is governed by state of Nebraska law.
